Prasad led the engineering team behind the initial production release of KPMG’s global AI agent platform, now supporting 190,000 users across 114 member firms. He has over a decade of experience delivering production AI in regulated environments, including KPMG’s Forensic practice. He holds a PhD in Machine Learning from the University of Sydney.
Why we built Donna
Investigations have outgrown the people who run them. One matter can mean millions of emails, chats and transactions, spread across six or seven tools that were built for human reviewers.
Now AI agents attack systems at machine speed, and the trail they leave is too large to read by hand. Finding out what happened takes agents of its own.
So we built Donna. Its agents take in the evidence, read the documents and the numbers together, connect the money to the messages and report with citations. Your team checks every finding and makes every call.

Findings you can prove
Every finding Donna makes cites the page, ledger row or message behind it. Each file is fingerprinted when it arrives, and every action by a person or an agent is logged. If it cannot be proved, it does not go in the report.
The investigator leads
Donna’s agents process the evidence, run the tests, trace the money and draft the report. The work comes back with clear approval points. Judgement, and the signature on the finding, stay with your team.
Clarity is the product
We do not measure ourselves by features shipped. We measure whether the matter moved faster, fewer handoffs were needed, the client knew what was happening and the team had more time for judgement. If Donna does not make the work clearer, it does not go in.
