Question 1

How is Donna priced?

Accepted Answer

There are no seat fees. Your team, your client and anyone else you invite join the matter at no cost. You pay for the AI work Donna does, and every run is billed to the matter it was for, so the cost sits with the matter it belongs to.

Question 2

Can we try Donna on a real matter first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start with one live or closed matter, agree upfront what to measure, run it in Donna and show you the result. You decide where to take it next.

Question 3

Do we need to replace our current tools?

Accepted Answer

No. Donna takes in the data your other tools produce, such as mailboxes, load files, spreadsheets and bank statements, and runs alongside them until you choose otherwise.

Question 4

Which deployment is right for us?

Accepted Answer

Donna Cloud suits most teams and is ready in days. Choose a dedicated environment when your organisation needs Donna set up for it alone, or deploy Donna in your own cloud when your data must never leave it.

Question 5

Where is our data stored?

Accepted Answer

Your data is stored and processed in Australia, including AI processing and backups.

Question 6

Do you support single sign-on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Donna supports single sign-on through SAML or OIDC, so your team signs in with the accounts they already use.

Question 7

Is our data used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Donna never uses your data to train or fine-tune any AI model, and our model providers are contractually prohibited from training on it.
